How it works, in detail.
More questions? The full list is on the home page.
Do I need a computer to use ciaopost?
No. ciaopost is designed to be used entirely from a phone - recording, checking subtitles, collecting consent, publishing, and reading your results all happen on the phone you already carry. There is no back office and nothing to install on a desk.
How does the review invitation work?
After the testimonial, you show the customer a QR code on your phone. They scan it with their own phone and land directly on your review page, where they can leave a written review themselves. It works because you're asking at the right moment - while they're still in front of you and still happy.
Can I just write a post myself?
Yes. Write free text, or start from a ready-made service message - closed for holidays, new opening hours, we're hiring, this week's promotion - and adjust it. Whatever you write is published word for word: ciaopost never rewrites your text either.
Is ciaopost a social media management tool?
No. ciaopost doesn't do content calendars, inbox management, competitor analysis or scheduling dashboards. It does one thing: it turns real moments in your business - a happy customer, a fresh tray of cornetti, a car arriving - into published posts, in the minute the moment happens.
I have no customers to record yet. Is ciaopost still useful?
Yes - start with your own posts: show the place, the work, the new arrivals; publish your opening hours and service messages. Your profiles stay alive while the business runs. Then, the first time a customer says something nice at the counter, you already have the app in your pocket and one question to ask.
